Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles. In Yin Yoga bottom positions are kept passively for a few minutes in order to produce a secure and positive "stress" on the deep layers of the connective tissue, the fascia in the body. Yin Yoga opens energetically the body's meridian system, which improves the energy flow of the body and supports emotional balance. All levels welcome
