My first contact with yoga was in my early twenties where i got totally hooked on Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga. I completed my first 200hr Vinyasa Training in 2015 and shortly after that I learned about Yin Yoga from Josh Summers. During that time i kept searching for a yoga style that just worked for me and where i would feel at home. Soon i found Forrest Yoga and did my Forrest Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Forrest in 2017. I am currently studying physiotherapy, which is very beneficial to my teaching and allows me to create a safe and healthy yoga practice for everyone.
Today i could not imagine a life without yoga.
