In 2013 I started my yoga career with a Teacher Training in Zurich and since then I have been diving deeper and deeper into the world of yoga every year. After I came back from the Master Education Program with Acharya Venkatesh and Acharye Hema from India in 2018, I went to Portugal and completed a training for Holistic Yin Yoga and the Teacher Training for Aerial Yoga. Then in 2019 I went back to India to participate in the Intensive Therapy Yoga Course. Over the years I have had the privilege to work with many teachers who are important to me, including Simone Leona Hueber, BNS Iyengar (Mysore), Olive Ssembuze, Acharya Venkatesh, Acharye Hema and Stephen Thomas.
Since 2018 I live and create my life according to the Feminine Principle. Soft skills, spirituality, closeness to nature, somatic bodywork and co-creation are a few key concepts from my work with the Feminine Principle. I believe that yoga not only alleviates physical ailments but also enhances the spiritual process. In my yoga classes I like to use elements such as pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, mantras and flowing vinyasa sequences.
