Characteristics:
A traditional Kundalini Yoga session consists of Pranayama, Kriya and Meditation. Pranayama (breathing exercise) is an essential part of each class, as is meditation. Pranayama activates the Kundalini energy in the body in the specific energetic centers. A kriya is a certain sequence of specific asanas (yoga posture) to achieve a targeted result, for example for the digestive system, for shifting energies in the body, etc. Finally, the meditation helps to perceive and use innate intuitions and abilities.
Caution. Kundalini Yoga, when practiced regularly, has a positive, transformative nature and can make you very happy because you activate your true potential. Happiness is a birthright, one of the guiding principles of Kundalini Yoga practice.
The class duration is 60 min and is practiced in regular temperature.
