My dear friend took me to a Bikram Yoga class back in 2008. During class I wondered why anyone would voluntarily put themselves through hell for 90min 😊However after class I was totally in love with the feeling it left me with. After a long break, I came back to practice Bikram Yoga again in 2018 because I remembered thatfeeling and the effect it had on me 10 years ago.
It helped me to find balance within, clarity and a stronger connection between my heart and mind! My passion for this healing yoga led me to the Teacher Training from which I graduated in June 2019. I am looking forward to sharing this passion and teaching, always from the heart.
