For me, stepping onto the mat is about drawing a line between self and reality—a space where I can reconnect, reflect, and explore the artistry of the body. My yoga journey began in my teens, after ending 12 years of playing basketball. It has become a tool for deepening my understanding of movement and the body’s intricate systems. In a world that constantly tests our ability to respond, yoga remains my anchor for a more grounded and mindful response.

Born and raised in Texas, I completed my first 200-hour RYS teacher training, which shaped my approach to guiding others. My teaching centers on the breath—training the mind to send the right signals to our organs, cells, and muscles for optimal movement and balance. Breath guides movement, creating space and a practice that is both intentional and transformative.

I specialize in Vinyasa, Core Power, and Yin Yoga. While each style offers a distinct experience, they all cultivate resilience—physically and mentally. Core Power builds strength and challenges endurance, as a result of discovering new limits. Vinyasa flows with breath, creating rhythm and fluidity. Yin, though still demanding in its own way, invites deep relaxation and surrender. No matter the style, the breath remains at the heart of the practice, shaping movement and stillness.
