I began my journey with meditation at the age of 20, immersing myself in the disciplined and profound practice of Zen. This exploration opened the door to yoga, which soon became a central part of my life—not because it was always enjoyable, but because it proved to be the most effective tool for managing my depression and ADHD Symptoms.
Today, I teach and practice Hatha Yoga with a passion for guiding others on their own paths of self-discovery. My approach is rooted in creating a balance between effort and ease, encouraging individuals to explore the full potential of yoga for the mind and body by finding their ‘middle way’—to discover strength in vulnerability, cultivate resilience and empathy, and bravely continue walking the path in pursuit of inner peace.
