The Anusara® Immersion 2026 is a 100-hour training module – available either live in Zurich or online. It is aimed at anyone who
- ✨ wants to refine their practice and systematically deepen their knowledge,
- ✨ wants to develop personally, or
- ✨ take the first step toward yoga teacher training.

What is the Anusara® Immersion?The Immersion is Module 1 of the official 200-hour Anusara® Yoga Teacher Training. It teaches the theoretical and practical foundations – in anatomy, philosophy, alignment, pranayama, and meditation—upon which the subsequent Teacher Training (Module 2) builds. It is therefore a structured training module in the sense of professional education and training and is thus exempt from VAT. After the immersion, you are not yet qualified to teach, but you will have the foundation on which all teaching skills are built. The immersion is also a valuable personal deepening experience – even for practitioners who want to consciously deepen their own yoga journey without any intention of teaching. Participation & Investment
Payment in installments available upon request. Missed weekends can be made up in the next session. The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the immersion if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Further claims are excluded. |

RequirementsWe recommend about two years of regular yoga practice and stable physical health. The immersion is open to different body types and experience levels. Certificate & RecognitionUpon successful completion, you will receive an official training certificate from the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga (100-hour immersion, Module 1). The certificate is internationally recognized and is a prerequisite for participation in the second module of the 200-hour training, which leads to teaching certification. |

VAT notice: This service constitutes a training module (100 hours of Anusara® Immersion) as part of vocational training and further education and is exempt from VAT in accordance with Art. 21 (2) (11) of the Swiss VAT Act.
* The organizers are responsible for the content and quality of their workshops/events. “Workshop” tickets can be purchased online or directly at our studio. It’s even easier with the Eversports app.
