#LifeCoach
Mental health is defined by Sigmund Freud as the ability to love, work and play. Mental disturbances interfere with relationships and spoil the work, life and well-being. Broadly speaking, we lose the balance in our lives as a consequence of the inability of expressing our desires and emotions.
“Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways” (Freud, 1915). Therefore, it is extremely important to realize the unconscious emotions to which we find ourselves subjected to every day. This is where you and me can work together to become self-aware and find ways to make healthy changes in your daily life.
Being involved in life coaching means transforming obstacles into opportunities to become awesome. My approach to coaching is designed to enable you to reach your full potential, create your own path and become self-aware. My coaching strategies are characterized by a psychoanalytical setting and perspective. Based on Sigmund Freud’s theory, I customize for my clients a personal coaching or career consulting so that together we can clarify and achieve your personal goals.
In the long term, starting a process with me as your life coach* will not only benefit your personal life, but also your career.
* Consultation is in Spanish or English.
