The Vinyasa with Yoga Wall class is a vinyasa based class using the wall as a prop to further deepen the understanding of poses/yoga asanas, increase awareness and offer a chance to connect with yourself on a different level. The Yoga Wall is originated in Iyengar studios to reinforce proper alignment. The wall is a wonderful prop used for therapeutic effects. Learn how poses are supposed to feel in preparation for practicing them on the yoga mat.
The class duration is 90 min and is practiced in regular temperature.
