
Characteristics:
DEEP HATHA - based on traditional yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Kundalini, but also Shadow Yoga, our Deep Hatha class offers the opportunity to go deeper, more consciously into your practice. It let's you understand the principles of the asanas holistically and you learn to approach them with greater awareness, with breath work (Pranayama ) and meditation. This yoga class is designed to warm up your body from the inside, make your joints supple, keep your mind clearer and strengthen your self-control and patience.
The class duration is 90 min and is practiced in regular temperature.
