In cYoga, the class works towards a so-called "peak pose". This peak pose is an asana (body position) that is the focus of the class and to which all other asanas are directed from the beginning. This makes it possible to get deeper into the asana in a cYoga class than in another yoga lesson. The body is specifically warmed up and prepared so that the practitioners can safely reach the respective peak pose. The asanas tend to be held longer so that the practitioners have time to get into the posture. Each class is unique and structured according to theme (Possible themes: Twist, Backbend, Split, Reverse Exercises, Forwardbend, Sidebend).

This is a class for advanced practitioners. Prerequisites for the class: Crow, headstand, experience with forearm stand. The class duration is 90 min and is practiced at regular room temperature.
