Pranayama & Moonsalutations mit Bettina Walter

Samstag, 18. November 2017

15-17.30 Uhr

We will warm up with moon salutations and get the breath flowing throughout the body. You will learn different techniques of Pranayama to be able to continue afterwards – either as a part of your practice in classes or at home.

Pranayama uses the vehicle of breath to access and manage one’s life energy.

It helps you to increase awareness, calmness and clarity of the mind.

We will finish with a meditation.
