I discovered yoga as a professional dancer in the late 1990s. My passion for bodywork has been present my entire life, from my days as a dancer & choreographer, to today as a yoga teacher and Thai Massage therapist.
My love for travelling led me to Asia, where I attended a 200 hours teacher training with Stephen Thomas, Adnan Tahirovic and Rachal Tsai. Soon after, I moved to Montreal, Canada with the love of my life and continued my journey as a yoga teacher there. In Montreal, I discovered yoga’s sister discipline, Thai massage, which is based on the same ayurvedic root, and completed a 400 hours education program with Kam Thye Chow. Over the years, I have taken many workshops and has been inspired by teachers such as Stephan Thomas, Lance Schuler, Jessie Goldberg, Julian Gagnon and Jo Tastula.
My classes will develop your strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration by emphasizing the importance of uniting breath, movement and alignment. Above all, I enjoy sharing my passion and enthusiasm for yoga with others.
