Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles. In Yin Yoga positions are kept passively for a few minutes in order to produce a secure and positive "stress" on the deep layers of the connective tissue (Fascia). Yin Yoga opens energetically the body's meridian system, which improves the energy flow of and supports emotional balance. All levels welcome

Yin classes are held in regular room temperature.Additionally, we offer a monthly sound bath experience. A sound bath is an immersion into beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for body, mind, and soul, and have a deeply relaxing effect on all levels.
