This class is structured in the traditions of Hatha yoga and is therefore static in nature. Classical Yoga asanas are taught with longer holds - the only flowing part is in the Sun- or Moon salutations. The class is designed to strengthen the muscular system, promote flexibility, balance, endurance, concentration and attentiveness.
