This class is structured in the traditions of Hatha yoga and is therefore static in nature. The only flowing part is in the warm up when you practice Sun Salutations or Moon Salutations. The class is designed to strengthen the muscular system, promote flexibility, balance, endurance, concentration and attentiveness.
