In this class your learn the traditional “Ashtanga Half Primary Serie”. Ashtanga Yoga is a very flowing, dynamic form of yoga, which is aimed at creating inner heat. The flowing movements strengthen the muscles, promotes mobility and concentration. Through the synchronization of breathing and movement and the repeated Asana sequences, your body can reach a state of meditation and inner calm. All levels welcome
The class duration is 90 min and is practiced in regular temperature.
