Discover the meditative practice of Yin
During this workshop I will introduce you to the basic principles and the benefits of including a yin practice in your life. The slow, longer held static poses of yin yoga will help to release tension deep in the connective tissue and joints, inviting a sense of softness and surrender.
Through the exploration of the basic yin poses during this workshop,we will facilitate the release of muscular and emotional tension, relax the nervous system and create the space to turn inwards to nurture our relationship with ourselves.
Leave with an enhanced sense of wellbeing and appreciation of the stillness that lies within.

Yoga has been my consistent companion through my life for the past 10 years. I fell in love with the Bikram practice first, and loved everything about it. The heat, the challenge, the strong community and of course always that amazing feeling after class.
In 2014 I started practicing Yin yoga, which I discovered was a wonderful compliment to the Bikram practice. It helped me to find balance in both my practice and in life and I have since attended Yin yoga trainings with Murielle Burlier and Sebastien Pucelle.
I love to teach and connect with students in class, and my intention is to provide them the space to explore within, in an encouraging and supportive environment.
